2. Service description

ScamCheck provides scam detection analysis for educational and protective purposes. Results are indicative and not legal or financial advice.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use ScamCheck to generate false reports, spam our API, reverse-engineer our detection system, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

ScamCheck is provided as-is. We are not liable for any harm resulting from acting on our scan results. Always apply independent judgment.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused subscriptions.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
